Subscription FAQs

How does the Caviar Club Subscription work?

We have two plans that ship on the first Tuesday of the month. The most popular is our prepaid plan where you sign up for 6 months of caviars for the price of 5 months! The subscription automatically ends after 6 shipments. Our other plan is more flexible with the ability to subscribe month-to-month.

Each month comes with two surprise caviars, blinis, creme fraiche, and mini spoons.

How do individual subscriptions work?

Subscriptions are the most convenient way for you to get your favorite products quickly and easily. Through our program, you can select from some of our best-selling items and save 10% on every order.

Simply toggle to the "Subscribe & save" option on products eligible for subscription. Add the product to your cart and checkout normally. Then the order will reoccur on the same date for consecutive months at the same discounted rate.

How do I change my subscription?

Your first subscription confirmation email will have an area to manage that subscription. You can also click the button below to manage. You must use the same email address that you purchased a subscription with. Our concierge team is also available to help with any changes. Please email us at customerservice@brownetrading.com with your request.

What happens if an item is sold out?

We carefully curated products that readily stay in stock but in rare instances, we do run out. When that happens, we’ll be sure to notify you by email about the out-of-stock item as well as let you know when it’s available again.
