Where is my tracking number?
Tracking is emailed from customerservice@brownetrading.com the night it leaves our facility (by 6pm ET). Don't see it? Please check your spam and junk email folders for "Here is your tracking number."
I'm missing an item
Because cold items tend to stick to gels or other products, they can be hard to see and get lost in packaging. Nearly 100% of the time, our customers find missing items after contacting us. Please triple check your box if something is missing. TIPS: Caviar jars are sent in a foil bag. The mini spoons are exceptionally small. They are in a small plastic sleeve and might be tucked away.
