Hiramasa Crudo with Crudo Olive Oil

If you are a lover of raw seafood, you have to try our Hiramasa Crudo with Distintus Olive Oil recipe. INGREDIENTS
Yield: 4 servings
- 8 ounces hiramasa or any sushi grade fish, tuna or snapper
- 4 Ounces sea beans
- 4 Ounces radishes
- Flake sea salt
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- High quality olive oil, Crudo Olive Oil or Galega Grous
PREPARATION
Step 1
Thinly slice radishes into match sticks.
Step 2
In a small mixing bowl, combine the sea beans, radishes, a pinch of salt, and a squeeze of lime juice.
Step 3
Using a knife with a thin sharp blade, slice the hiramasa thinly and diagonally. For presentation points, arrange the crudo in a fan pattern, about four slices per plate.
Step 4
Place a small mound of bean salad on top of the fanned fish. Drizzle each serving with olive oil and a sprinkling of sea salt. Serve immediately.
