INGREDIENTS

Yield: 6 servings

  • 8 oz Premium Peekytoe Crabmeat
  • 8 oz cream cheese (4 oz if you like a crabbier taste)
  • 5-8 scallions, chopped
  • 1 packet wonton wrappers, thawed
  • 1 egg (optional)
  • Canola oil for frying
  • Duck sauce for serving

PREPARATION

Step 1

In a medium bowl, mix the crabmeat, cream cheese and chopped scallions.

Step 2

Place 1/2 tbsp in the center of a wonton wrapper. Line all 4 edges of the wrapper with beaten egg yolk or water.

Step 3

To make a box shape, bring all corners to the middle and pinch together.

Step 4

Fry in canola oil at 375 F or in an air fryer. Be careful not to overheat oil. Use a thermometer and make sure the room is well ventilated.

Step 5

Dip in duck sauce to finish.
