Madai Sea Bream Fillet commonly receives the name of snapper for its lean cut and vibrant color. Whatever you want to call it, make sure you give this Madai a taste. For starters, the fillet has a firm and flaky texture that suits a bountiful of preparations such as searing and grilling. With that said, the sushi-grade quality repeatedly points us to crudo. Slice the Madai Seam Bream Fillet thinly with a sharp knife, and eat as chirashi with salmon caviar and uni.
