Caviar pairs with endless foods nowadays- paired with oysters, topped on potato chips, or even garnished on desserts. However, its classical form comes with toasted bread, chopped eggs, and creme fraiche. Follow our guide for a classic caviar service and find your favorite combination of flavors along the way.

INGREDIENTS

Yield: 10 servings

PREPARATION

Step 1

Hold butter at room temperature for two hours before serving.

Step 2

Fill a caviar server or bowl with crushed ice and place in the freezer.

Step 3

Place each of the garnishes in a separate bowl for serving with their own utensil.

Step 4

When ready to serve, toast brioche until golden and gently warm blinis in the oven.

Step 5

Place blini on a warmed plate and place toast on a toast rack.

Step 6

Place the opened caviar tin on crushed ice and serve with mother of pearl spoons.

Step 7

Enjoy caviar with champagne (we recommend ’96 Dom Perignon Rose) and all desired accoutrements.
