Our Scottish sea trout comes from Loch Etive, Scotland, a historic loch renowned for its pristine environment. The unique mix of fresh and saltwater creates conditions nearly identical to the wild, allowing our trout to thrive. Ethically raised to RSPCA Welfare Standards, these fish are antibiotic-free, hormone-free, and fed a GMO-free diet with no growth promoters.
Slightly more rich than freshwater rainbow trout, Scottish sea trout offers a clean, bright taste reminiscent of char or salmon. Its versatile fillets are perfect for broiling, poaching, baking, sautéing, or smoking, and equally exceptional for crudo, tartare, or sushi.

Suggested serving sizes:
Whole fish: 1 lb. of raw fish per person when serving fish whole.
Filleted fish: 6-8oz of raw fish per person when serving filleted fish.
Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. If a future delivery date is chosen, your order will ship the day before the selected date. If an order is placed after cutoff (2pm ET), your order will ship the next available shipping day. For example, orders placed after 2pm ET on Thursday will ship on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. Our shipping department is closed Friday-Sunday. We do not offer Saturday or Monday delivery.
