Scallops on the Half Shell

We highly recommend scheduling frozen seafood orders to deliver the first two weeks of December to avoid transit delays. Frozen seafood keeps for months when stored properly.
Approx. 13 ounces. Frozen. 10-12 scallops per bag.
These scallops are petite in size, but that just makes their firm, sweet meat more concentrated for a blissful bite! Beautifully presented on the half shell, they are farm raised in the cool, nutrient dense waters of the South Pacific off the coast of Peru.
These scallops can be easily prepared in the shell; we recommend baking them with an herbed butter sauce, or quickly heating on the grill and adding a citrus fruit. Look to our Half-Shell Scallop with Roe Beurre Monté recipe or our chef friend's Lemon Butter preparation for home chef assembly.

Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. If a future delivery date is chosen, your order will ship the day before the selected date. If an order is placed after cutoff (2pm ET), your order will ship the next available shipping day. For example, orders placed after 2pm ET on Thursday will ship on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. Our shipping department is closed Friday-Sunday. We do not offer Saturday or Monday delivery.
