Black Garlic Shoyu
Traditional black garlic comes from heating and aging whole bulbs for several weeks. This aging process adds depth and the quintessential dark color. Infused to perfection, Haku Black Garlic Shoyu has flare and complexity over your standard soy sauce. The fermented soy beans, earthy galic, and sweet notes of fig, raisin, and molasses come together for an unrivaled shoyu. We recommend enjoying Haku Black Garlic Shoyu as a dipping sauce for tuna, salmon, hiramasa, snapper, and hamachi.
All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. If a future delivery date is chosen, your order will ship the day before the selected date. If an order is placed after cutoff (2pm ET), your order will ship the next available shipping day. For example, orders placed after 2pm ET on Thursday will ship on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. Our shipping department is closed Friday-Sunday. We do not offer Saturday or Monday delivery.
