Approx. 2 pound loin. Skin on.

Swordfish is among the most difficult wild fish in the sea to catch, and one of the tastiest.
Never frozen, we only purchase fresh whole sword ranging from 100 to 400 pounds and butcher them in-house, ensuring you receive the freshest loin available. Our loin cuts are firm, moist & flavorful. Swordfish loin is unforgettable when grilled (but be sure to cook it quickly to retain moisture), however baking or broiling are also traditional methods of preparation.

  • Harvest Region: Canada/Domestic

Suggested serving sizes:
Whole fish: 1 lb. of raw fish per person when serving fish whole.
Filleted fish: 6-8oz of raw fish per person when serving filleted fish.
