Since its creation in 1995, Sturia Caviar has placed sustainability at the heart of its business. From feed to equipment, they raise their sturgeon using only products sourced locally in France. Every sturgeon is fully utilized beyond the production of caviar; the meat is sold for consumption, the skin is turned into leather and the cartilage is made into fish glue, which is traditionally used in woodworking and art restoration. Their pristine facilities utililize waters from natural springs and the Gironde and Charente-Maritime rivers, truly giving their products the essence of France.
