For those who love Mediterranean seafood, take it to the next level by enjoying Octopus Tentacles infused with the deep flavor of applewood smoke. We start with wild octopus that's flash frozen after being pulled from waters on the coast of Spain; freezing breaks down cellular structures, yielding a more tender octopus than fresh. We preserve this tenderness by brining the tentacles in natural salts and then cooking sous vide, before finishing in a cold-smoked chamber for several hours.
These Smoked Octopus Tentacles are crying out to be sliced thin over a crunchy Greek salad loaded with salty olives. Or, slice into coins and finish with an olive oil with spicy notes. Precooked and ready to eat.
Handcrafted On-Site
We make all of our Smoked Octopus Tentacles in our boutique smokehouse, located in Portland, ME. Our smoke master cures, brines, smokes, and packages our products by hand in small batches for high quality and consistently outstanding smoked seafood. We ship frozen to preserve the natural fresh flavor.
Did you know that smoked fish has a long shelf life? Sealed smoked fish lasts several weeks in the fridge and frozen smoked fish lasts a few months!
Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. If a future delivery date is chosen, your order will ship the day before the selected date. If an order is placed after cutoff (2pm ET), your order will ship the next available shipping day. For example, orders placed after 2pm ET on Thursday will ship on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. Our shipping department is closed Friday-Sunday. We do not offer Saturday or Monday delivery.
