Also known as almaco jack and previously known as Kona Kanpachi/Kampachi, this fish is sustainably raised in submersible sea pens off Keahole Point in Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii. Its clean, fresh, and subtle flavor profile showcases the essence of the Hawaiian Islands. These firm and gently pink fillets are prized by top chefs working at the forefront of modern and traditional culinary excellence. This farm is the first finfish cultivation facility in the United States to be certified by the Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC).

Suggested serving sizes: 
Whole fish: 1 lb. of raw fish per person when serving fish whole.
Filleted fish: 6-8oz of raw fish per person when serving filleted fish.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. If a future delivery date is chosen, your order will ship the day before the selected date. If an order is placed after cutoff (2pm ET), your order will ship the next available shipping day. For example, orders placed after 2pm ET on Thursday will ship on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery.  Our shipping department is closed Friday-Sunday.  We do not offer Saturday or Monday delivery.

Many of our selections arrive multiple times a week, if not daily, ensuring the freshest quality. Should you require a larger order, simply let us know, and we’d be happy to arrange extra seafood to meet your needs.
