Duck Foie Gras Pate epitomizes specialty foods. Light, delicate and succulent, this product uses solely 100% corn-fed duck liver. Specially whipped into a mousse texture with milk cream, egg foam, and port wine, expect a buttery, silky, and spreadable foie gras for easy preparation. We recommend using this Duck Foie Gras Pate in ravioli or paired simply with brioche. For best use, warm a dessert spoon under hot water and spoon the entire portion onto serviceware.
All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. If a future delivery date is chosen, your order will ship the day before the selected date. If an order is placed after cutoff (2pm ET), your order will ship the next available shipping day. For example, orders placed after 2pm ET on Thursday will ship on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. Our shipping department is closed Friday-Sunday. We do not offer Saturday or Monday delivery.
