The Toadfish Professional Oyster Knife features a Japanese stainless steel, rust-resistant blade with a bent tip design, that is sharpened on all sides to open and cut oysters with ease. The full tang design ensures durability, and allows the user to shuck thicker shelled oysters like those found on the Gulf Coast. The ergonomic thumb print handle design eliminates hand slippage making shucking safer.
