Gourmet Attitude, importer of truffles, opened its doors in Manhattan in 2003. Céline Labaune, who emigrated to the United States from her native south of France, is the founder of the company. Over the years, Céline has greatly enjoyed sharing her interest in this delicacy and the mystery and legends surrounding it with the American fine dining and gourmet markets.

We proudly share Celine's trusted truffles with our favorite gourmet customers. The Black Truffle Sauce comes from Italy and is beautifully made of mixed mushrooms and black summer truffles. The Black Truffle Sauce serves perfectly on toasts, mixed directly with tagliatelle or arranged over a meat dish; it is also a great addition to sauteed vegetables or as a ravioli filling.

Storage: Ready-to-use and shelf-stable. Keep in a cool, dry place, refrigerate after opening.

Ingredients: Cultivated Mushrooms (Agaricus, Bisporus), olive oil, truffle 5% (Tuber Aestivum), carrots, onions, salt, aromatic herbs and spices, garlic, flavorings,
walnuts, acidity corrector: lactic acid.
Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. If a future delivery date is chosen, your order will ship the day before the selected date. If an order is placed after cutoff (2pm ET), your order will ship the next available shipping day. For example, orders placed after 2pm ET on Thursday will ship on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery.  Our shipping department is closed Friday-Sunday.  We do not offer Saturday or Monday delivery.
