We highly recommend scheduling frozen seafood orders to deliver the first two weeks of December to avoid transit delays. Frozen seafood keeps for months when stored properly.

A popular preparations of sushi-grade bluefin tuna is poké bowls. Vibrant and delicious, bluefin tuna poké is healthy and easy to prepare. Using our #1 sushi grade bluefin, we hand-diced the loin and toro for a 1 pound serving of pristine tuna. Servings are cryovacced and stored in our rapid freezer to maintain peak freshness.

To utilize bluefin tuna poké, add salmon caviar, mayo, Sriracha, chili crisp, nori, pickled veggies, and sushi rice for a complete and colorful presentation. For additional inspiration, read our Tuna Crostini recipe.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. If a future delivery date is chosen, your order will ship the day before the selected date. If an order is placed after cutoff (2pm ET), your order will ship the next available shipping day. For example, orders placed after 2pm ET on Thursday will ship on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery.  Our shipping department is closed Friday-Sunday.  We do not offer Saturday or Monday delivery.
