- Marinated Boquerones
- Marinated DiMare

PREPARATION
Step 1
Lay potato chip bag flat and slice off the front for an even presentation.
Step 2
Open all the containers of remaining ingredients—it gets oily fast.
Step 3
Place ribbons of prosciutto on first.
Step 4
Add on olives.
Step 5
Place marinated boquerones and DiMare pieces.
Step 6
Finally, drizzle with Mondega Gourmet Hot Sauce.
