We've partnered with our friends at Dumpling Daughter to come up with a fun and oh-so-tasty appetizer. Using their new Ginger Soy sauce and our smoked salmon with caviar, this pairing brings crunchy, savory, and melt-in-your-mouth goodness in every bite.

PREPARATION

Step 1

Pan fry scallion pancakes according to package. Dab off excess oil and set aside.

Step 2

Chop scallions.

Step 3

Create your stack! Start with the scallion pancake.

Step 4

Add a thin layer of crème fraiche.

Step 5

Cover with a layer of smoked salmon.

Step 6

Add on pickled red onions and scallions.

Step 7

Dress with a few scoops of Imperial Osetra caviar.

Step 8

Finish with microgreens and a drizzle of Dumpling Daughter Ginger Soy Sauce.
