INGREDIENTS
Yield: 10 servings
- 1 baguette
- 2 sticks high-quality butter
- 125 grams Imperial Amur Caviar
PREPARATION
Step 1
Preheat a flattop until medium-hot.
Step 2
Slice the baguette in half lengthwise, as you would for a sandwich.
Step 3
Place 3 tablespoons of butter onto the flattop to melt.
Step 4
Once melted, place the bread cut-side down on the buttered flattop. Toast until golden brown, adding more butter as needed.
Step 5
Once toasted, remove from heat.
Step 6
Slice the remaining butter into large pieces.
Step 7
Place butter on the toast until fully covered.
Step 8
Gently place the caviar on the buttered surface, being careful not to crush the pearls.
Step 9
Using a bread knife, cut into desired-size bites.
