Our Traditional Smoked Salmon Side is back! Thank you for your patience as we restocked our world famous salmon. It has been a long time coming.
You can now order our ever popular Traditional Blend to your home! Using a simple recipe of seaweed, salt, and sugar, this cold smoked salmon is delightful and one of our most popular among chefs. Our smokemaster cold smokes these small-batches for 6 hours over apple and hickory wood for a cured taste and texture that is similar to fresh sashimi.
In addition to our high quality ingredients, we attribute the amazing flavor, texture, and color to the cold smoke process. Cold smoking refers to a lower temperature and longer smoke. You’ll find that this process creates a well-balanced, luscious, and bright smoked salmon.
We make all of our Traditional Smoked Salmon Side in our boutique smokehouse, located in Portland, ME. Our smokemaster cures, brines, smokes, skins, and packages by hand in small batches for high quality and consistently outstanding smoked salmon.
Did you know that smoked fish has a long shelf life? Sealed smoked fish lasts several weeks in the fridge and frozen smoked fish lasts a few months!
All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. If a future delivery date is chosen, your order will ship the day before the selected date. If an order is placed after cutoff (2pm ET), your order will ship the next available shipping day. For example, orders placed after 2pm ET on Thursday will ship on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. Our shipping department is closed Friday-Sunday. We do not offer Saturday or Monday delivery.
