Rich, complex, and beautifully balanced, this Sherry Vinegar is handcrafted using traditional methods that develop depth and character over time. It’s double barrel aged for real complexity, so vinaigrettes, vegetables, pan sauces, and seafood dishes taste composed, not sharp.
American Vinegar Works is a small-batch fermentation company that crafts great vinegars from American wines, ciders, and beer. They utilize slow-fermentation methods that date back to the early-1800s, and age their vinegars in oak barrels. The result is a much more nuanced, balanced vinegar with layers of flavor beyond acid. Mass-produced varieties simply can’t match this vinegar.
Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. If a future delivery date is chosen, your order will ship the day before the selected date. If an order is placed after cutoff (2pm ET), your order will ship the next available shipping day. For example, orders placed after 2pm ET on Thursday will ship on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. Our shipping department is closed Friday-Sunday. We do not offer Saturday or Monday delivery.
