This true Sea Trout Roe hails from coldwater trout (oncorhynchus mykiss) raised in Denmark. Petite in size compared to the larger salmon roe, this sea trout caviar has the same vibrant, translucent golden orange color. Sea Trout Roe has a firm texture, and it finishes with a satisfying "pop" and sweet flavor. This roe is fantastic for your sushi dishes and appetizers.

Be sure to check out our caviar 101 guide. Note that caviar will remain optimal in your refrigerator, unopened, for 4-6 weeks. *except tobikkos and salmonid roes. They should be kept frozen. Crucially, once opened you should consume within three days.

Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. If a future delivery date is chosen, your order will ship the day before the selected date. If an order is placed after cutoff (2pm ET), your order will ship the next available shipping day. For example, orders placed after 2pm ET on Thursday will ship on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. Our shipping department is closed Friday-Sunday.
