Royal Belgian White Pearl Caviar is one of the rarest caviars on the market. The sterlet pearls come solely from albino sturgeon that can produce light toned caviar. With only a rare few albino sturgeons, this caviar is limited edition and an absolute show stopper. The eye catching color ranges from canary yellow to white.
You can expect a pronounced, rich flavor and a smooth finish with this selection. The white pearls are slightly smaller than its Caspian counterpart, the osetra sturgeon.
