This Italian Caviar Selection Gift Set showcases the best of Italian caviar. Included inside are three premium caviars that originate from our close partner, Giaveri Caviar. Giaveri is the oldest caviar sturgeon farm in the world, located in the prosecco-producing Treviso region of Italy. Sturgeon thrive in Giaveri's pristine, artisanal well waters, and they utilize traditional caviar production methods, such minimal salt during curing. Each tin in this set showcases a different species for an encompassing sampling of Giaveri's product.
Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. If a future delivery date is chosen, your order will ship the day before the selected date. If an order is placed after cutoff (2pm ET), your order will ship the next available shipping day. For example, orders placed after 2pm ET on Thursday will ship on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. Our shipping department is closed Friday-Sunday. How to Store Caviar
Sturgeon caviar remains fresh in your refrigerator, unopened, for 4-6 weeks.
Tobikkos, salmon roe, and sea trout roe should be stored frozen.
Crucially, once opened, we recommend consuming within three days.
