You asked and we listened! Back after a long time away, we have Hokkaido Scallops. Our Hokkaido Scallops hail from the renowned northern Hokkaido region of Japan. Seafood connoisseurs consider Hokkaido, Japan a holy place when it comes to fresh seafood. In fact, this area benefits from nutrient and plankton rich water, allowing the scallops to thrive. Firm in texture, rich and sweet in flavor, these scallops won’t last long at any dinner party!
Thanks to their fresh quality and harvest methods, these sushi-grade scallops receive the sustainable stamp of approval. Notably, Hokkaido scallops earned the Marine Stewardship Council’s accreditation as a globally sustainable fishery in 2013.
Suggested serving sizes: 3-4oz (2-3 scallops) per person for an appetizer or 6-8oz (4-6 scallops) for an entrée portion.
Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. If a future delivery date is chosen, your order will ship the day before the selected date. If an order is placed after cutoff (2pm ET), your order will ship the next available shipping day. For example, orders placed after 2pm ET on Thursday will ship on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. Our shipping department is closed Friday-Sunday. We do not offer Saturday or Monday delivery.
