Giaveri, the world's oldest sturgeon farm dedicated to caviar production, is nestled in the Prosecco-producing Treviso region of Italy. Here, sturgeon thrive in pristine artesian well water, while traditional production methods, including minimal salting, preserve the natural purity and delicate flavors of the roe.
