The Chilean sea bass, also known as the Patagonian toothfish, has to be one of the most interesting and delicious offerings that we have here at Browne. This incredible wild fish can be found off the icy Australian south coast in the sub-Antarctic where small crews of fisherman venture to catch these elusive and highly prized fish.
High fat omega content in the fillet maintains moisture even in high heat or sauce preparations.
Our Chilean sea bass from 'Glacier 51 Toothfish' is sustainably certified by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) and has also been rated Best Choice by the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch Program.

All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. If a future delivery date is chosen, your order will ship the day before the selected date. If an order is placed after cutoff (2pm ET), your order will ship the next available shipping day. For example, orders placed after 2pm ET on Thursday will ship on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. Our shipping department is closed Friday-Sunday. We do not offer Saturday or Monday delivery.
