Firm, rich, sweet, and sour, this offering from Espinaler is a convenient way to experience the magic of Galician mussels in world-famous escabeche sauce. The smaller stature of these mussels means they become more quickly saturated with the sauce than their larger counterparts and thus take on an extra-intensified flavor.
Like all Espinaler products, these mussels are perfect served atop warm toast, but you could also fold them into squid ink vermicelli with minced shallots, garlic, and butter for weeknight pasta.
