Harvested by pole & line in Puerto de Burela off the north coast of Galicia, this is a product touched with care through every step of the process. The fatty tuna belly meat does all its own heavy lifting, while the premium olive oil it comes bathed in only enhances its natural richness.
We love it most eaten straight from the tin, but it also pairs beautifully with pickled accents like shallots and cornichons atop crusty bread.
