Wild caught domestic sea scallops are special for any menu, known for their sweetness and firm texture. Browne proudly carries dry packed scallops, never treated with preservatives. You can expect a succulent and clean flavor with these jumbo Maine gems.
Our domestic sea scallops are sushi-grade quality and can be served raw, sautéed, over pasta, fried, or on kebabs. Check out our Risotto Milanese and Seared Scallop recipe for additional inspiration.

Suggested serving sizes: 3-4oz (2-3 scallops) per person for an appetizer or 6-8oz (4-6 scallops) per person for an entrée portion.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. If a future delivery date is chosen, your order will ship the day before the selected date. If an order is placed after cutoff (2pm ET), your order will ship the next available shipping day. For example, orders placed after 2pm ET on Thursday will ship on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery.  Our shipping department is closed Friday-Sunday.  We do not offer Saturday or Monday delivery.

Many of our selections arrive multiple times a week, if not daily, ensuring the freshest quality.
