When it comes to oysters, Maine has some of the finest in the world. The skill of our oyster farm partners, combined with the cold nutrient-rich waters make our fresh Maine oysters second to none.
You can expect a clean and briny flavor – a true taste of the sea. We enjoy Maine oysters in a host of ways, including: raw on the half-shell, baked, grilled, or topped with caviar. We ship the freshest Maine oysters in our inventory the day of your order - such as Browne points, Pemaquids, John's River, Moondancers, and Prout's Neck (to name a few).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION/CARE: Product ships live. Discard oysters that have broken or still remain open after pressing on their shell. Store in the fridge upon arrival, covered in damp towels or paper, preferably so they lie flat. DO NOT store in fresh water or ice. Do not store in airtight plastic containers or bags. Best when prepared the day of arrival, oysters will live up to 5 days in refrigeration.

Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. If a future delivery date is chosen, your order will ship the day before the selected date. If an order is placed after cutoff (2pm ET), your order will ship the next available shipping day. For example, orders placed after 2pm ET on Thursday will ship on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. Our shipping department is closed Friday-Sunday. We do not offer Saturday or Monday delivery.

At the core of our business is sustainability, which is why we maintain a carefully managed inventory of fresh seafood to minimize waste. Many of our selections arrive multiple times a week, if not daily, ensuring the freshest quality. Should you require a larger order, simply let us know, and we’d be happy to arrange extra seafood to meet your needs.
