North Atlantic Salmon have a mild, delicate flavor, and the meat is moderately firm with a large flake. You can expect a smooth and buttery texture. Due to their natural oil content, these fish are ideal for grilling and broiling. Our North Atlantic salmon are farm-raised to the highest possible standards. Every stage of the salmon's life cycle is carefully monitored in order to ensure their pristine quality & taste.
We proudly source our North Atlantic salmon from two prestigious and ethical farms: Wester Ross and Loch Duart, both of northern Scotland.

Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. If a future delivery date is chosen, your order will ship the day before the selected date. If an order is placed after cutoff (2pm ET), your order will ship the next available shipping day. For example, orders placed after 2pm ET on Thursday will ship on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. Our shipping department is closed Friday-Sunday. We do not offer Saturday or Monday delivery.
