The turbot is prized in Europe for its delicious, bright-white fillets. We've seen a steep rise in popularity in this premium fish, particularly on fine dining menus. Farmed in Spain to ensure consistent and high quality fish all year round, turbot are versatile fish that can be prepared in a variety of ways, including: poached, steamed, and pan-fried.

Suggested serving sizes: 
Whole fish:  1 lb. of raw fish per person when serving fish whole.
Filleted fish: 6-8oz of raw fish per person when serving filleted fish.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. If a future delivery date is chosen, your order will ship the day before the selected date. If an order is placed after cutoff (2pm ET), your order will ship the next available shipping day. For example, orders placed after 2pm ET on Thursday will ship on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery.  Our shipping department is closed Friday-Sunday.  We do not offer Saturday or Monday delivery.

Many of our selections arrive multiple times a week, if not daily, ensuring the freshest quality.
