Giaveri is the oldest caviar sturgeon farm in the world, located in the prosecco producing Treviso region of Italy. Sturgeon thrive in Giaveri's pristine, artisanal well waters, and they utilize traditional caviar production methods, such minimal salt during curing. Moreover, each tin in this set showcases a different species for an encompassing sampling of Giaveri's product.
