Galilee Royal Osetra Caviar comes from sturgeon raised on an all-natural diet of plants and proteins. These idyllic conditions result in sturgeon that produce roe of spectacular quality and pureness. The Royal Osetra, taken from a select few osetra sturgeon, is Galilee's most exquisite selection. "Royal" grades of caviar exhibit perfect tone, texture, and taste. Galilee Royal Osetra will impress you with its firmness on the palate, notable nutty flavor, and smooth finish.

Be sure to check out our caviar 101 guide. Note that caviar will remain optimal in your refrigerator, unopened, for 4-6 weeks. *except tobikkos and salmonid roes. They should be kept frozen. Crucially, once opened you should consume within three days.

Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. If a future delivery date is chosen, your order will ship the day before the selected date. If an order is placed after cutoff (2pm ET), your order will ship the next available shipping day. For example, orders placed after 2pm ET on Thursday will ship on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. Our shipping department is closed Friday-Sunday.
