We highly recommend scheduling fresh seafood orders to deliver the third week of December to avoid transit delays. Fresh seafood keeps 5-7 days when stored properly.
1 skin-on fillet - 3-4 pounds
2 skin-on portions - 1 pound total
Not only is cod fillet versatile and delicious, it also has historical significance. The first settlers in New England survived on the fresh Atlantic cod stock, so much so that Massachusetts made cod its state fish. Browne receives wild cod from the local Portland Fish Auction or nearby in Gloucester, Massachusetts.
The white cod fillet that separates into large flakes and is excellent baked, broiled, fried, sautéed, or cooked in seafood chowders. Check out our Beer Battered recipe for cod inspiration.

Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. If a future delivery date is chosen, your order will ship the day before the selected date. If an order is placed after cutoff (2pm ET), your order will ship the next available shipping day. For example, orders placed after 2pm ET on Thursday will ship on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. Our shipping department is closed Friday-Sunday. We do not offer Saturday or Monday delivery.
