Purchased two blocks away at the Maine fish auction, our Wild Lemon Sole comes right off the boats in Casco Bay. Because the ground fishing fleet takes short trips, Browne Trading receives this fish with incredible freshness.
Wild Lemon Sole shares similarities to gray sole and winter flounder: pearl white color, deliciously light fillets, and easy preparation. The fillets are lean with a fine flake, so take care not to dry them out when cooking. Contrary to its name, this fish does not have an inherent citrus flavor, so we recommend finishing it with lemon and parsley!

Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. If a future delivery date is chosen, your order will ship the day before the selected date. If an order is placed after cutoff (2pm ET), your order will ship the next available shipping day. For example, orders placed after 2pm ET on Thursday will ship on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. Our shipping department is closed Friday-Sunday. We do not offer Saturday or Monday delivery.
