A popular preparation for sushi-grade salmon is poké bowls. Before our premium North Atlantic salmon goes through the smoking process, we portion the fillets into loins and bellies. The resulting trim is then hand-diced into vibrant and delicious poké cubes. Packed in 1 pound servings, our Diced Salmon Poké is an ultra-convenient way to enjoy heart-healthy salmon for any weeknight dinner. Each serving is vacuum-sealed and stored in our super freezer to maintain peak freshness.
To utilize salmon poké, add it to a bowl with sushi rice, pickled veggies, nori, mayo, sriracha, chili crisp, and salmon caviar for a complete and colorful presentation.

Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. If a future delivery date is chosen, your order will ship the day before the selected date. If an order is placed after cutoff (2pm ET), your order will ship the next available shipping day. For example, orders placed after 2pm ET on Thursday will ship on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. Our shipping department is closed Friday-Sunday. We do not offer Saturday or Monday delivery.
