Our Barrier Reef Caviar Spoon is hand-crafted out of genuine mother of pearl. Mother of pearl is the ideal material for caviar cutlery as it is nonreactive; it does not transfer a metallic flavor to the caviar like a typical metal spoon. The shovel-like design is unique, simple and elegant, the perfect accompaniment for serving caviar for special occasions.

Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. If a future delivery date is chosen, your order will ship the day before the selected date. If an order is placed after cutoff (2pm ET), your order will ship the next available shipping day. For example, orders placed after 2pm ET on Thursday will ship on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. Our shipping department is closed Friday-Sunday. How to Store Caviar
Sturgeon caviar remains fresh in your refrigerator, unopened, for 4-6 weeks.
Tobikkos, salmon roe, and sea trout roe should be stored frozen.
Crucially, once opened, we recommend consuming within three days.
