Our Barrier Reef Caviar Spoon is hand-crafted out of genuine mother of pearl. Mother of pearl is the ideal material for caviar serveware as it is nonreactive; it does not transfer a metallic flavor to the caviar like a typical metal spoon. The shovel-like design is unique, simple and elegant, the perfect accompaniment for serving caviar for special occasions.
