We highly recommend scheduling fresh seafood orders to deliver the third week of December to avoid transit delays. Fresh seafood keeps 5-7 days when stored properly.

Sourcing premium quality Maine Uni is not an easy task. Luckily for Browne Trading, we have a leading sea urchin processor located down the street from our facility. This proximity allows us to have daily access to the freshest Maine urchin roe available. Because uni is notoriously perishable, the local sourcing is crucial for fresh shipments.
Maine uni has bright yellow color, sweet flavor, and creamy texture. It is delicious served raw, in omelets, folded into pasta, or puréed into butter. Check out our Maine Uni Carbonara recipe and Maine Uni Crepes for additional inspiration. Uni is perishable and is best eaten on the day of arrival.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. If a future delivery date is chosen, your order will ship the day before the selected date. If an order is placed after cutoff (2pm ET), your order will ship the next available shipping day. For example, orders placed after 2pm ET on Thursday will ship on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery.  Our shipping department is closed Friday-Sunday.  We do not offer Saturday or Monday delivery.
