  • Light flavor
  • Handcrafted in small batches
  • Cold-smoked for velvety texture

Creating delicious smoked salmon starts with the sourcing of premium quality ingredients. That’s why we only use first-rate fresh, North Atlantic salmon, raised in Scotland. This artisanal smoked salmon differs from gravlax with its delightfully light cold smoking, similar to our highly sought after Scotch Smoked Salmon. Rather than harnessing whiskey flavor, we add fresh dill and lemon to our brine mixture of organic sugar and Mediterranean sea salt for a vibrant flavor.

The delicate cold smoking results in a clean taste, moist yet silky texture, and a hint of citrus herbs with a smoky finish.

Handcrafted in Portland, Maine

We craft all of our smoked seafood in our boutique smokehouse in Portland, Maine. Each batch is carefully cured, brined, smoked, skinned, and packaged by hand by our smokemaster—ensuring exceptional quality and consistently outstanding flavor.

Shelf Life & Storage: To preserve peak freshness, we ship frozen. Sealed smoked fish will keep for several weeks in the refrigerator, and for several months when stored in the freezer.
