Our Wild Fennel Pollen is from Tuscany, where it has been a treasured ingredient for centuries. Our supplier hand harvests the fennel flowers, and then begins a 10 day process to dry and separate the pollen from the flower. Once finished, the pollen has a heady aroma of anise, golden-green color and crisp texture.
Fennel pollen and pork make a perfect combination; however, it also makes a fabulous condiment for seafood. Sprinkle fennel pollen and sea salt on thick-cut grilled pork chops, or sear sushi grade tuna, rolled in fennel pollen, at high temperature. Add to vinaigrettes, salt rubs, stuffings and sausages. Or, dust onto Bucatini con le Sarde (Bucatini with sardines) for an authentic Sicilian flavor.

Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. If a future delivery date is chosen, your order will ship the day before the selected date. If an order is placed after cutoff (2pm ET), your order will ship the next available shipping day. For example, orders placed after 2pm ET on Thursday will ship on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. Our shipping department is closed Friday-Sunday. We do not offer Saturday or Monday delivery.
