The coveted pork shoulder creates a buttery marble in our Iberico Paleta de Bellota. Using only Iberico purebred pigs, raised 100% on acorns, Iberico Paleta de Bellota shines in the world of cured meats. Sourced ethically, the Iberico pigs have 1 million acres of roaming in the oak (dehesa) woods, located in Valle de los Pedroches. The dehesa forest is known for its sweet acorns, contributing to a salivatious flavor in the Iberico pork shoulder.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. If a future delivery date is chosen, your order will ship the day before the selected date. If an order is placed after cutoff (2pm ET), your order will ship the next available shipping day. For example, orders placed after 2pm ET on Thursday will ship on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery.  Our shipping department is closed Friday-Sunday.  We do not offer Saturday or Monday delivery.
