Happy holidays! Our founder, Rod Browne Mitchell curated this box to showcase some of his favorite products. It contains everything you need for an indulgent holiday appetizer, packaged in a Maine-made wood gift box.
Open the box and enter the world of Browne Trading. The featured caviar is our Snake River Royal White Sturgeon Caviar, our best selling domestic selection. What makes this caviar distinct from other white sturgeon caviars on the market is its exceptional size and firm texture. Its large grains melt in your mouth with a creamy flavor and clean, pure finish, truly worthy of the "royal" distinction.
Also included is our Royal Cut Smoked Salmon. The salmon in this product is sourced from the famous North Atlantic Wester Ross Salmon, which are exquisitely farmed in Northern Scotland for bright, high quality fillets. We receive the salmon fresh, then cut the fish to utilize its very best portion: the buttery top loin. Once cut, the salmon is brined and cold smoked right in our Portland, Maine boutique smoker. The final product presents a tender and top tier smoked salmon.
To complete his Holiday Gift Box, Rod has added 8 ounces of Vermont Creamery Creme Fraiche. Vermont Creamery is a longtime partner of ours and another cherished New England brand. Their creme fraiche is bright and tangy, which creates a perfectly rounded bite of caviar and smoked salmon.

Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. If a future delivery date is chosen, your order will ship the day before the selected date. If an order is placed after cutoff (2pm ET), your order will ship the next available shipping day. For example, orders placed after 2pm ET on Thursday will ship on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. Our shipping department is closed Friday-Sunday. We do not offer Saturday or Monday delivery.
