Our Potato Gnocchi comes to us from Rustichella d'Abruzzo, a family-owned Italian brand operating since 1924.
In Italy, Gnocchi was historically enjoyed as a rich, comforting meal on Thursdays, due to the cultural practice of refraining from indulgent meals on Fridays. This Potato Gnocchi has a wonderfully plump, pillowy texture that showcases the flavor of fresh potatoes. It is ideal to serve with sausage and leek ragu, or cream-based sauces.
Store Potato Gnocchi in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate any unused portion after opening.
Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. If a future delivery date is chosen, your order will ship the day before the selected date. If an order is placed after cutoff (2pm ET), your order will ship the next available shipping day. For example, orders placed after 2pm ET on Thursday will ship on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery.  Our shipping department is closed Friday-Sunday.  We do not offer Saturday or Monday delivery.
