Mondega Natural Quince Sauce is a hand-made product, produced in Portugal.
Using African Bird's Eye Chili, this natural quince hot sauce is fragrant with plenty of depth and a kick at the end. The gorgeous deep red color and heavier texture stands apart from our Mondega Hot Sauce with its higher viscosity.
This limited edition comes with a beautiful Mondega stand and crest, perfect for gifts to gourmands. We recommend it on aged cheese, your favorite white fish, or even on vanilla ice cream.
Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. If a future delivery date is chosen, your order will ship the day before the selected date. If an order is placed after cutoff (2pm ET), your order will ship the next available shipping day. For example, orders placed after 2pm ET on Thursday will ship on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery.  Our shipping department is closed Friday-Sunday.  We do not offer Saturday or Monday delivery.
