Specially sourced from Veta La Palma, these Plancton Pearls capture oceanic flavor from marine phytoplancton and mirror the size of large osetra pearls. Similar to our Veta la Palma freeze-dried powder, the Plancton Pearls are 100% vegan and high in nutrients including Omega-3 and 6 fatty acids, iron, calcium, phosphorous, iodine, magnesium, and potassium. 

This plant-based product has the purest flavor of the sea for hot or cold dishes. We recommend topping on fish crudo for added umami, similar to caviar.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. If a future delivery date is chosen, your order will ship the day before the selected date. If an order is placed after cutoff (2pm ET), your order will ship the next available shipping day. For example, orders placed after 2pm ET on Thursday will ship on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery.  Our shipping department is closed Friday-Sunday.  We do not offer Saturday or Monday delivery.
