King Trumpet Mushrooms in Olive Oil will become a favorite addition to any antipasti course. King Trumpet mushrooms are prized for their firm, meaty texture and earthy umami flavor. The Mirogallo team takes freshly hand-harvested mushrooms, cuts them into thick pieces, quickly blanches them in wine vinegar, and finally marinates them in the family's own extra virgin olive oil. With this method, the mushrooms retain their texture and flavor, with a delightful pickled acidity.
Add the King Trumpet Mushrooms to salads, paninis, top on focaccia or pizza, or roughly chop and toss with pasta. Be sure to use the mushroom-infused oil too! It can be spooned over grilled pork chops or sliced steak.
Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. If a future delivery date is chosen, your order will ship the day before the selected date. If an order is placed after cutoff (2pm ET), your order will ship the next available shipping day. For example, orders placed after 2pm ET on Thursday will ship on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery.  Our shipping department is closed Friday-Sunday.  We do not offer Saturday or Monday delivery.
